BÜFA®-Tec Gelcoat Spraying Systems are controlled purely pneumatically and are easy to understand and simple to use. They are designed for operation in EX areas to manufacture components of various sizes. The machines are frequently used to make boats, in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries and in other sectors in which a high-quality surface is required.
They are designed to apply an even gelcoat layer onto a large surface. Using established gun technology and innovative pumping equipment, a soft, low-emission spray jet delivers outstanding results. The pump units are also suitable for abrasive materials.
The components of the systems can be maintained easily and quickly. Adaptations to meet customer requirements are very easy, including positioning on hobbocks or drums with the Evo-Line chassis. The BÜFA®-Tec ES1 Gelcoat System series dispense directly from the container. The BÜFA®-Tec Polycon Cup Gun comes in various sizes and is ideal for spraying almost any gelcoat types of various viscosities, thanks to a variety of nozzle sizes.

BÜFA Tec | UNI 150 + 275 Evo-Line
In contrast to the properties of BÜFA®-Tec Gelcoat Systems, BÜFA®-Tec Fibre Spraying Systems have a spray gun with a cutter, in which the roving is cut into short fibres and then mixed with the polyester resin. These systems are suitable for almost all components and resin systems of any size.
Composite materials can be manufactured extremely quickly with fibre spraying machines. After fibre spraying, the laminate must be de-aired with a roller in a second work stage. The components are used in many industries, including the automotive industry, the maritime sector and the construction industry, but also in many other areas where high-quality surfaces and good strength are required.

Along with the properties of BÜFA®-Tec Gelcoat Systems, the extremely reliable and sturdy BÜFA®-Tec Lamination Roller Systems create the optimal conditions for dependable, profitable and future-orientated production of medium-sized to large components. The pneumatic coupling of the resin and curing agent pumps ensures precise metering. The flexible chassis means that adaptation to the customer’s production circumstances is easy.
Ease of use, simple maintenance, a long service life and high safety are the key characteristics of this machine. Lamination rollers are used in the composites industry to manufacture composite materials with high strength, rigidity and durability. They are also used to make composites with specific properties, such as better corrosion resistance or thermal stability.

BÜFA Tec | UNI 150 + 275 Evo-Line
BÜFA®-Tec Injection Systems are used to work with resin in closed-system processes. The resins are usually injected with the aid of pressure or a vacuum and form the matrix of the composite together with the fibre materials. These systems are used in the composites industry in a wide range of sectors, mainly to manufacture components that are especially light and strong and have complex shapes. BÜFA®-Tec Injection Systems are designed for small to medium-sized components.

BÜFA®-Tec Bonding Paste Machines were specially developed for processing bonding pastes from small containers (hobbocks 25 l) and drums (200 l). They are particularly suitable for application of fibre-free products and products without hollow spheres and they are ideal for medium to large components in all sectors of the composites industry in which reproducible component quality and an efficient use of bonding paste is required.
The compact BÜFA®-Tec Bonding Paste Machines have a 2-component mixing head with rinsing function and allow direct removal of the bonding paste from the container. The following plate is designed to pick up any residual material and ensures that the container is emptied completely.

BÜFA®-Tec Polybar is a tried and tested component metering system for fast, easy and reproducible metering without scales. The resin is conveyed by a double-action, wear-free PTFE bellows pump. The conveying performance can be adjusted continuously and the resin and curing agent are dispensed in precise and reproducible amounts, as the resin and curing agent pumps are pneumatically coupled.
BÜFA®-Tec Manual Metering Pumps offer a simple, uncomplicated way of dispensing liquids such as resins, paints, peroxides and many other pumpable media without weighing or refilling and without a power connection.
