Terms & Conditions of Purchase of the BÜFA Group

 

The following Terms & Conditions of Purchase apply exclusively to our orders and contracts for goods and services from the supplier. Contradictory terms and conditions of sale of the supplier are hereby expressly rejected. Silence, unconditional acceptance of deliveries and services and payments for them do not constitute acceptance of the supplier’s terms and conditions of sale. In the event of contradictions between the text of the order or the text of the documents listed in the order and the Terms & Conditions of Purchase below, the text of the order or the text of the documents listed in the order shall take precedence.
